Carolyn Foote is a retired 39 year Texas educator and is a former teacher and librarian. An honoree of the White House Champion of Change Award for connected learning, she cares about issues around technology, student preparedness, research, and reading. She is a recent recipient of AASL's Library Collaboration Award and ALA's Robert Downs Intellectual Freedom Award.
